Understanding the needs and goals of our customers, whether trade professionals or discriminating homeowners, is the key to developing and installing a successful manual or motorized shading solution. Many clients simply have a vision of what they want and call upon us to utilize our knowledge, expertise and engineering to formulate a solution that expresses their desires for functionality, fit, form, colour, aesthetic design and budget. The choices can be overwhelming, but our specially trained project managers make the whole process effortless.
Brading’s project management team follows a proprietary specification process that has been refined over the last 30 years and is designed to achieve long term customer satisfaction. Our questioning process uncovers specifics about how the shading system will be used over time and what it will be expected to achieve. Our project managers take this “product use analysis” and through a selection process, guided by their broad installation expertise, extensive product knowledge and a world class line of quality shading products, identify the most suitable shading product and control mechanism for the job. Additional questioning about fabrics and colours completes the process for a manual product installation. If a motorized solution is chosen, the project manager optimizes the system by matching the customer fabric selection (including colour, transparency, weave, texture, weight and thickness) with the most suitable motors and automated controls. The complete process takes into account a number of other factors such as multiple shade/blind synchronous or independent control, client preferences, particularly challenging window exposures, motor sound levels, and wiring and installation considerations. In the end, our goal is simple... deliver a perfectly balanced solution.
